3. Resellers get all our updated product portfolios & graphics necessary for reselling. Resellers will be notified for any new product collections from time to time.

4. Resellers are allowed to sell our products via both online and offline modes*, except marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, PaytmMall, Meesho, Alibaba, and other similar players.

5. Single-unit product customization is offered as an additional service at the same pricing levels for our resellers, wherein they get to demand a premium price from their clients.

6. Reseller price varies category-wise from 15%-30% discount on our online selling prices with ~no hassles~ and ~no responsibility~ for order execution, invoicing, taxation, warehousing, packaging and logistics.

7. Resellers can sell at any price they wish to, having no upside cap. Your Selling Margin is Your Net Profit.

8. Order execution, invoicing, taxation, warehousing, packaging, logistics, and associated charges will all be handled by us.

9. All order invoicing will be done by us directly in the name of your client. However, you can choose to get the invoices in your name and further issue invoice to your clients.

10. Any product delivered different from what was ordered or in a damaged condition will be replaced by us without any cost to the reseller, only within 3 days from the date of order delivery.

11. Any product return, other than those as mentioned in the point above, will be as per the understanding between the reseller and its clients, and all return costs, replacement/exchange costs, and refunds in such cases will only be borne by the reseller.

12. All payment settlements with the reseller will be done every fortnightly or monthly (as they choose) only in the registered bank account after adjusting for TDS and any other legal taxes.
