WHAT IS COVERED IN THE WARRANTY

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Inaccurate or wrong product dimensions
  • Incorrect design/print on the product
  • Sudden fading of colours or inks
  • Foul smell or odour
  • Peeling off or chipping off the printed design

 

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY

  • Wear & tear as occurs in the normal course of product usage
  • Physical damage or breakage
  • Abuse and neglect
  • Damage from corrosive materials
  • Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions
  • Damage caused by fire, bleach or coloured materials
  • Accidental rips and cuts
  • Stains, soiling, and burns
  • Unauthorized repair and non-manufacturing defects
  • Any alteration or modification done to the product
  • Consequential and incidental damages

 

Delivery and Transit Damage:

  • We design our packaging to be both environmentally friendly and strong. We test our boxes to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation and delivery.
  • In the unfortunate event of the product being damaged during courier/shipping, we will authorize a new replacement order only after verifying photos & video proving the damage.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Order should be registered under ArtzFolio’s privileged warranty program within 7 days of the order delivery date.
  • To register for the warranty, just scan the barcode provided to you with the order. Moreover, you can visit our website & claim the warranty by filling a quick form with your purchase details.
  • The warranty offering is valid for customer bought units from Authorised Online/e-commerce and ArtzFolio.com website
  • The warranty is valid only in India.
  • Warranty resolution can only be actioned through ArtzFolio.com.
  • The order should be within the warranty period at the time of filing a warranty claim.
  • The warranty is applicable after verification & confirmation in writing by the ArtzFolio Quality Control team, once the case is raised by the buyer.
  • The company ArtzFolio is not responsible for improper handing or traumatic usage of the product.
  • We follow offsite warranty policy, which means that the defective product should reach our office in person or through courier.
  • At the point of exchange, no alteration or modification should have been made/carried out to/in the product/s, and the faulty product must be in its original state for ArtzFolio to honour the request of exchange or repair.
  • The warranty card should be duly filled or a copy of the invoice needs to be shared at the time of warranty claim.
  • In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  • The company will not entertain any complaint with incomplete warranty details submitted at the time of warranty registration.
  • Within the duration of this limited warranty, ArtzFolio will deem a claim warrantable, either repair or replace any defective product with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
  • The company reserves the right to reject any warranty/service request from a particular area if it does not have any authorized service centre in such area or if it is beyond the company’s reach via courier/shipping services.
  • In the event of refund, subject to the sole discretion of the company, request will be processed on pro-rata basis with respect to remaining warranty duration.
  • This is the only warranty made by ArtzFolio on its products and components, and there are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein. Any warranties that may otherwise be implied by law including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
  • ArtzFolio is not liable for any delays, non-performance, failure or non-delivery of the products to contingencies arising from any force majeure, acts of God, storm, earthquake, accident, strikes, lock-out, industrial dispute, labour trouble, pandemic, transportation embargo, imminence or the existence of any state emergency, war, war like condition, civil commotion right, inability to obtain any material, refusal of license, approval or imposition of sanctions, any measures taken by government which renders it impossible or impractical to company to perform, supply, service or deliver the product to the customer.

LEGAL

  • This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of ArtzFolio.
  • Limitation on Liability: The company ArtzFolio will not be held responsible for damages or monetary losses related to the purchase or the use of their product. ArtzFolio excludes its responsibility for all physical and moral damages linked to the purchase and use of their products. In all cases, the damages cannot exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer/owner. Final decision to honour the warranty will be taken by ArtzFolio after a physical inspection of the defective products.
  • ArtzFolio reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of all/any of the Terms & Conditions of this warranty program at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.
  • Your continued use of the product after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. In addition, when using any particular product, you may be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms applicable to such products. All such guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
